Michael Loizias
Chairman & Founder
Michael is an accomplished business leader and technology executive who founded the Loizias Foundation following his personal experience living with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) and Crohn's Disease. With extensive experience in senior leadership roles, including group-level management and technology positions, he brings strategic expertise in business development and innovation. Michael has served on professional committees within the construction industry and holds non-executive director positions, providing him with diverse governance experience. His combination of business acumen and personal journey with autoimmune conditions drives his commitment to funding research and creating opportunities for the next generation of scientists.
Stelios Ioannou

Stelios is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a portfolio of successful ventures, including Milestone Group. With deep expertise in financial oversight and commercial strategy across multiple businesses, he has demonstrated exceptional ability in managing complex financial operations, driving business growth, and ensuring long-term organizational stability. His entrepreneurial mindset and strategic approach to financial governance make him an invaluable trustee, helping guide the Loizias Foundation towards sustainable impact and responsible stewardship of resources.
